Psaraki is the continuation of our childhood. Our most vivid childhood memories are our grandfathers’ baskets and nets filled with fresh fish that shimmered in the summer sun. At Psaraki we transferred all our knowledge about fresh fish, a knowledge – experience. We transferred the ways of its preparation so that its freshness spreads on the plate.
